PatentOrder Intranet Edition

The Intranet version is the ideal way to distribute patent information throughout the organisation at a low cost. It allows users to issue orders, which are managed by the Central Server. All documents are archived for future use. The requestor is notified by email when their order is ready. The email includes the abstract (or bibliographic information if no abstract is present) in html format.
The Interface can be customised and further integration into in-house systems is easy.
All documents are archived. If a document is requested again, it will be retrieved from the
archive instead of re-ordering it from the web. The patent abstracts in HTML format are
retrieved and stored alongside the PDF documents.
"PatentArchive" can be used to search the archived abstracts, linked to the original downloaded documents.
"Patent Number Recognizer" recognises and extracts patent numbers from reports of downloaded articles or patent references. The patent numbers can then be automatically loaded into PatentOrder in order to locate and retrieve the complete document.
PatentOrder Intranet Version can be run on a corporate Intranet, or be fully hosted by Minesoft
